PebblePad iPhone Login Tips

If you are having trouble logging into your PebblePad account via the iPhone application then these tips may help you:
The iPhone application is case sensitive for both username and password based upon the case you last used to log into PebblePad. If in doubt, log back into PebblePad using a browser and try again.
Depending on the type of authentication your institution uses, PebblePad may actually never see your password. In this case, you’ll need to set a second password in your account to use with RSS feeds and the iPhone application. PebblePad will normally prompt you the first time you login to set this password if this is the case, but you can reset it by going to the following selection in PebblePad:
tools ⇒ my settings ⇒ preferences tab ⇒ ![]()
If you don’t need to set a second password, this option will not be visible.
