Help Movies

The following Help Movies are designed to take you through the steps required to use some of the key features of PebblePad. Each link opens a new window so you need to make sure that your pop–up blocker (if installed) is disabled for this site. The movies also include a voice over so you will need to have sound enabled to listen as you view.

PebblePad Help

Extensive online help is available from within PebblePad. This can be accessed in full by clicking on the ‘?’ icon in the bottom corner of the right hand pad. Alternatively, clicking on the smaller ‘?’ icons anywhere within PebblePad will open the relevant help section.

Flash Help

If you are having difficulty logging onto PebblePad from your home computer the most likely cause of the problem is that you have an old version of Adobe Flash installed and/or Javascript is not enabled.

PebblePad requires Adobe Flash version 7 or above, Javascript enabled, and Pop–Ups enabled.
